Cody Man's Birthday

So our Cody turned six this month. He had his first friends birthday party. He asked for a krabby patty cake so we had a Spongebob party. The kids played games like, krabby patty relay, sponge toss, a pinata and pin the jellyfish. They all had a great time. Stacy Munns came over and helped me with all the kids. Thanks Stacy! Anyhow, time is going fast and I can't believe he is in Kindergarten now.

This shout out goes to all the men and women who have lost their lives for each of us...such an incredible sacrifice not all of us are willing to do. In an email that I received it said, "Thanksgiving is a day when we pause to give thanks for the things we have. Memorial Day is a day when we pause to give thanks to the people who fought for the things we have."

So today, may we take time out of our busy day barbecuing and remember those who have fallen for us. Here's to you and your loved ones for your dedication and sacrifice....

Monday Morning Shout-Out

So this Monday Morning Shout-Out goes to Dylan. He will be one on Wednesday and I already miss so many things he has out grown over this last year. So this song is to you Deelio..."Let Them Be Little". I try to remember this everyday with each of my boys. They are not little adults and they are only young once...so I enjoy each moment!

Monday Morning Shout-Out

So I am trying a new thing here on my blog. On Mondays I will do a shout-out with a song. So my first shout-out is to the Chicago Cubs. They won yesterday and have been doing well this season. D. Lee hit a grand slam and Theriot hit another homer. So my song to them is the one and only, Go Cubs Go! My kids love to hear this on tv when the Cubs win. Let's go Cubs!
