After the dole plantation we headed to Hale'iwa to my favorite place on the island......Matsumoto's. Best place on earth for snow cones. We ate these snow cones for Grandma Paula and Aunt Amber and yes we had it with ice cream in the bottom.

So on Monday we went to the Dole Plantation. The kids thought it was cool to see all the pineapples growing in the field. We took a train ride around the plantation and when we got off, low and behold we see someone from Tremonton. It was Kasey Merritt and his wife Jeri Ann (not sure how to spell their names). What a small world!!!

ALOHA! We are finally taking our first family trip with my entire family to Oahu. Couldn't have asked for a better place to be in November. Today we hiked up Diamond Head. We made it to the top in 30 mins. It was great! The 4 boys did awesome. Dylan stayed with my mom since he decided to fall asleep on the drive there and then the parking lot was full and it happened to be our car that couldn't come in so my mom kept him and waited for us.....thanks mom! After a great hike what else could we do but hit the beach!
