So Nate's been a Cubs fan forever and it took him 31 years to finally see them play. It took Dylan only 7 weeks. We went and saw them play July 2nd at AT&T park, Giants vs. Cubs. It was soooo much fun! We rode the ferry in from Vallejo to San Fran and the boys really liked that. Grandpa came with us and of course he cheered for the Giants. Sadly for him, the Cubs won! It was so cool to see the players up close instead of on the TV. After the game there were fireworks. They shot those off out in the bay. It was the first time I had seen fireworks in the fog. The fog had started to roll in over the stadium and into the bay in the ninth inning. It didn't go low enough to affect the game. If the firework was low we could see it but if it was high we just saw different colors of fog. We made it back to my parents house at about 2am. We were all very tired the next day but it was worth it.
